Guided by Elisa, an experienced yoga teacher, and Agnieska, a watercolour artist and Forest Bathing guide, this retreat invites you to:

🌿 Flow with Yoga: Gentle and dynamic practices, from grounding sequences to energizing HIIT yoga.

🎨 Express with Colour: Explore mindfulness through watercolour, allowing your creativity to bloom.

🌳 Immerse in Nature: Experience a nourishing forest bathing, reconnecting with the energy of the season through mindful presence in nature.

This retreat takes place in a beautiful B&B immersed in nature and art, just 50 minutes from Luxembourg in a typical French village. Every corner of this place breathes creativity, making it a truly magical environment. We believe it’s the perfect setting for a refreshing escapade—one that will help you attune with yourself and the vibrant energy of spring.
