BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately it is not always easy to respect the commitments we have made, but as a matter of fairness towards all students and the teacher, YogaNest has created some rules that will help us to handle possible inconveniences more easily: 

- Classes are booked and paid in advance;

- Please arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before your class starts, so we can start the class with everybody there. Being late is unpleasant for yourself and all the other people attending the session, so please do your best to respect this role;

- You can cancel your class via email or over the phone up to 24 hours before the scheduled class start time;

- If you respect the 24-hour cancellation policy, you will be refund since this rule allows us to offer your place to another student; 

- If you’re unable to provide the requisite notice, unfortunately you won't be remboursed; 

- If you have purchased a trimester deal and you cannot attend one or more classes, no refund is foreseen;

- All class deal have an expiration date and are non-refundable;

- In case of a new lockdown all the classes will be offered online, so they will be not refund.
