Keep your shoulders strong and healthy

A few days ago my husband and I went out to dinner with another couple. We had a lovely evening and in the course of the conversation our friend asked me for some tips on stretching his shoulders.

 

My advice is always to combine strengthening exercises with some stretching because this helps to stretch the muscles more safely and, if that is your goal, also to increase your flexibility. In any case, it is important for all of us to keep our shoulders strong and healthy.
